At Illuminate Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and lighting selections. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
