What is the average shipping time for furniture and decor?

Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take 2-3 weeks for delivery via our specialized white-glove carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made lighting and final sale items are non-returnable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Illuminate Collective ships exclusively within the United Kingdom and the European Union. We are working on expanding our logistics to North America in the near future.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all of our lighting fixtures and furniture pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed, though you may still initiate a return upon receipt.

How can I track the status of my delivery?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
